Mine has also returned. What helps me is small, frequent meals/snacks, I avoid gluten/bread products because they make it worse and I live on Tums.
I got a prescription but prior to that I lived on Tums and eat lots of toast and drank sprite. They say don't lay down for 2 hours after you eat but I would get it even when I didn't lay down. My dr. also said stay away from acidic foods, oils, vinegars and some fruits. That has helped some for me, but I still get it now and again....then I go to my real meds. :)
