Scared! Need prayers please

I am so scared this morning ladies. I think it all started last night, I was really uncomfortable, had a few strong contractions, but didn't call the Dr. because I have been told that with my irritable uterus they don't need to see me unless I have 6 or more contractions an hour now for 3 hours. Contractions were not that frequent so I figured no major problems and I was able to go to sleep. I woke this morning and was getting ready to get DD off to school. When I went to the bathroom I noticed some slight spotting on the TP and I swear I think I felt my cerclage!! I'm so scared that this means that my cervix has become effaced or even dialated!! I'm only 22 weeks! I am waiting for my mom to get here now (DH already made it home from work) and Im off to L&D... Im so horrified that something is terribly wrong! I don't think I can handle this...
Im praying that what I felt was not the stitch and that all will be ok, or that at the very least I am not dialated and I will be able to go at least another month or so on bedrest. Thanks in advance for any thoughts or prayers, we can really use them right now. I will keep everyone updated as to what I find out.

UPDATE:
So I have been admitted. They are giving me LOTS of fluids and indocin for pre term labor. My stitch is still intact as far as the knot, but the ends have loosened and are hanging down. I haven't dialated, but my cervix is soft and low and has started to efface. I'm still contracting a little but they don't seem too bad and they are trying to get them to stop. I will be here for at least 24 hours and will have an u/s tomorrow to see just how short my cervix is now and if there is any funneling. I'm still SUPER nervous, but at least I know that I'm not dialating yet, so hopefully we can stop this and get at least a couple more months in... Thanks so much for the thoughts and prayers ladies!! You have no idea how much they mean to me right now! I will continue to keep you updated as I find out more.
