belly size changes

Has anybody felt like their belly has stopped growing?  Don't get me wrong-I am not complaining by any means, but I am just alittle concerned that the baby is not gaining weight.  I mean I eat quite a bit throughout the day but I don't feel like I am getting any bigger.  I am probably just being paranoid, but I was curious as to if anyone else is experiencing this.

I finally LOOK pregnant YAY! for so long I just felt like everyone thought I was fat, but people are finally starting to notice, It's weird sometimes I feel huge, and sometimes I feel small depending on the day, but everyone at work says I am still small. I am 24 weeks pregnant so I still got a ways to go, so far I have gained about 12 lbs. I go in for an u/s on monday because of my fibriod to make sure  the baby is growing properly I can't wait to see my little guy!

Wow, lucky!  I keep thinking that I haven't grown much, but I'm assured by those around me that I've popped!  I still just feel fat though.  My belly shape is fully rounded and it's definitely out front.  I read a summary of "your pregnancy at 24 weeks" on weight gain and it said you rougly gain 3-5 pounds in the first trimester and then 1-2 pounds/week throughout the second and third trimesters!  So from here on in, it's all majorly uphill (as in belly growing into a hill!).

I have wrote a post about belly size not too long ago.  My belly has def grown, but it just looks fat.  It does not have that big "pregnant woman can deliver any moment" look at all.  My doc just told me that I am text book pregnant.  That my uterus is growing wonderfully, perfectly actually, that my baby is right on track in size and development, and i am lucky that i have great stomach muscles to keep me from protruding outward.  she said this is also happening because i am a tall woman.   I just have more room for the baby to grow without protruding outward.  i was thinking, she sure knows how to make a hormonal woman feel good.  Lol. But I wish i was at least large enough for a stranger to know i was pregnant.  :-)

ohh my belly keeps growing..in the early weeks like 14-19 it seemed as if i wasnt even pregnant and then the moment i hit 20weeks my belly just bloomed out and now i swear i look like i can go anyday..

but its also my belly cant grow that big..cuz i got just alittle bigger with the twins and then i went to preterm labor..now my belly is looking like it did 2months before i had the twins..so i am thinking not much longer for me..lol...

Oh,  my....I just called my doctor's office yesterday for this EXACT thing. I don't think that I look 6 months pregnant and there are still some days that I feel like I can 'suck it in' and not look like anything.

Everyone tells me it's fine and that the baby is measuring on track. I go next week for an appt. and I may ask for an u/s to be sure...we'll see ;)

Also, my mom told me that SHE was the exact same way....

Sometimes I experience "no growth" for up to two weeks, but then a major, painful growth spurt hits me for the next week.
I think what's happening is that some weeks, baby gets more fat, muscle, and organ development than they do height and structure, and other weeks, it's vice versa.
I know for me, between weeks 19-21, I felt like I didn't get any bigger or gain any weight. But then for week 22, I gained two pounds that week and probably an inch or more in my waisteline. By week 23, you could tell a huge difference between what I looked like at week 21 and week 23 (I take weekly pictures to track my growth, but I forgot to get a pic at week 22 because I was feeling so weak and sick. Then I took the pic at week 23 and compared it to week 21 and you could definitely see the difference).
