I would call your Dr.... especially if you are known for PTL. Better safe than sorry. The symptoms you are describing can all be related to PTL, if I were you I would want to be checked ASAP so that if those contractions are doing anything they can be stopped.
I know that I also have a history of PTL (DD was born at 30 weeks) and I have been contracting like crazy, but they don't hurt its just a lot of pressure. I have been hospitalized more than once for this during this pregnancy, but the contractions havn't dialated me at all, so now my new rule... per my OB is that I only need to go in if the contractions are so intense that I have to breath through them, I have cramping pain that I can't walk through, or I have any bleeding or fluid leaking.
I would talk to your OB, they know you best, so they will be able to tell you whats normal for you and when you should be seen.
Best of Luck to you!! Please let us know how your doing.

i am 27weeks 1day and i have been having the same exact things happening to me..labor and delivery said its normal..i had premature babies born at 29weeks with my last pregnancy..pretty much labor and delivery said drink lots of water..do the cat stretches and take warm showers/baths hot/cold packs and tylenol if that doesnt help it then you should go in..its probably the baby is moving and going to the head down position..cuz that was what was wrong with me is the baby was in the head down position and the way he is laying is causing me to have contractions and back pain..pelvic pain is from him moving to head down position..if you are worried though hun then go to labor and delivery to have them check to make sure u arent dialating..
