Yes, sorry to say it only progresses through the pregnancy, it gets hard to turn over in bed. I suggest looking up some simple pregnancy yoga exercises to ease your joints.
I do stretches but with him being so big the stretches aren't helping anymore.
I have the same problem. Nothing helps...with my previous baby I went for physiotherapy but no relief :(
I started to get really bad pains in my hips, shooting down my legs around that.time also. I did streches but what really helped was a massage from my sister... its.due to your sciatic nerve and the widening of your hips. Take it easy and look up some streches..
