To avoid cramps at night make sure you have enough potassium, eat a banana during the day and it should do the trick. You can also place a pillow between your thighs and lay on your side.
Well I'm 28 weeks and I'm having trouble sleeping. The doctor said its safe to take Benadryl to help sleep its safe for you and the baby. It helps with sleeping. I also tried sleeping on my left side. Even a hot bath; and a massage. Call me crazy but sex rocks the baby to relax and you will sleep peaceful.
I'm 23, almost 24 weeks and I was told to start drinking orange juice with seltzer water every day. For me, it's been working cuz I haven't had leg cramps in weeks, even when I'm sleeping.
Drinking warm milk helps me, or reading...i read a few chapters of a book and I get really sleepy. I love to read and my books aren't boring but when I read in bed i get sleepy after 3 chapters.
