sleep

What are some things that help you sleep? I am 24 weeks and 2 days, and the past week and a half my hips feel like there getting charley horses in them, and its only when I try to sleep. I cant get comfortable and I tend to toss amd turn. Ive tried pillows, covers, propping my legs up and none works. Im out of ideas.

To avoid cramps at night make sure you have enough potassium, eat a banana during the day and it should do the trick. You can also place a pillow between your thighs and lay on your side.

Well I'm 28 weeks and I'm having trouble sleeping. The doctor said its safe to take Benadryl to help sleep its safe for you and the baby. It helps with sleeping. I also tried sleeping on my left side. Even a hot bath; and a massage. Call me crazy but sex rocks the baby to relax and you will sleep peaceful.

I'm 23, almost 24 weeks and I was told to start drinking orange juice with seltzer water every day. For me, it's been working cuz I haven't had leg cramps in weeks, even when I'm sleeping.
