Nervous 38 Weeks please give advise

I'm 38 weeks and have a Dr appointment tomorrow. All day I have been having back pain and a little stomach pain. I also have been feeling very sick and some pressure slightly after my stomach cramps. Also my hips hurt. I live by myself and have no contact with my child's father. My mother will be in the delivery with me but she stays 30 minutes away and we are having a snow storm. I'm very nervous I will go into labor at home by myself. I'm a first time mother. I also started inserting epo in vaginally last Wednesday after my 37 week check up.

I'm 37+4 and I've been feeling the exact same way all day..

if you do go into labour and your home alone and can't get yourself to a hospital  safely i would just call 911 and get an ambulance. doesn't  sounds like your in active labour so have your dr check you tomorrow and if your dilated and dr thinks labour may start soon why not ask your  mom to stay with you the next few days until  the big day.
