Gag reflex

Hi. I have been having horrible gag reflex eveytime i brush my teeth or floss. Has anyone else been suffering from that? Any ideas what i can do to help with it? Thank you ♡

I have it bad too when I'm bruising my teeth right after i eat.  Always throw up what i ate :(

In the advice i received, shanging toothpaste didn't solve it but not looking at myself in the mirror helps. Not perfect but its less.

You are not the only one... I gag when I brush my teeth... too.

I have a more sensitive one as well...except it's the worst when I am changing my ten month olds loopy diapers... black! It's better now tho. I use a lot of mind over matter. Also I know this sounds weird but don't look in the mirror when you are brushing I think that would make it worse.

I still have this same problem. Sometimes it is so bad it makes me vomit. I have not found anything that makes it better. Sorry I couldn't be of any help.

Oh no I thought I had posted on this one before but I guess it didn't post? Anyways what I had said was that switching my toothpaste to something that tasted a little better worked wonders for me. My taste buds have been so different since I got pregnant and maybe yours have changed too.
