Drink a lot of water and try apples that worked very good for me
My dr put me on miralax laxative everyday and it has helped tremendously I also eat fresh fruits and veggies.
Nothing helps me go though I can eat all that and not go..
Eat fruits and veggies... salads...it helped me a lot!
