I think do whatever is best for YOU! :) Sometimes breastfeeding isn't always successful and my god it's very painful for about the first month or so. If you can breastfeed the nutrition and beauty of that is absolutely amazing BUT if you can't or decide it's just not for you then thats perfectly ok aswell. What's most important is a fed baby, no matter which way aslong as bub has a full tummy and feeding regularly then that's the best form of feeding xx

When you think a tin of formula is about £10 which you may need a couple of a week, then all the boiled water, bottles, steriliser etc! Must cost a bomb!

Breastfeed!! I'm 7 weeks now and still breastfeeding 1 year old. It's good points are endless, such an amazing bond with child and when they are a bit bigger it's a cure all! Boobies fiz everything! It's free and don't need to get up in the night to boil the kettle and make a bottle or worry about having enough formula with you when you go out for the day, boobies are always full and ready to go! :)

If you can breastfeed I'd suggest that. Your body will be creating the exact nutrition your baby needs. It's pretty cool. Plus, it's cheaper to make it yourself ;)

Do what is best for you and beat for the baby.  I wasn't able to breastfeed since my baby didn't latch and he wasn't getting enough so I pumped and supplemented.  It's hard enough to have a new baby but when people tell you what you should be doing and your not able it made me really sad. My suggestion is do what is best for the two of you and not what others think or say.
