cramping or muscle pain at 18 weeks

Hi all, I've been experiencing a sharp pain on lower left hand side of below the stomach for the last 45 mins. it comes in waves and has been bent over in pain. I dont know whether this is something more serious or if iv over done it at the weekend, i had a family wedding and i was very active and lifting stuff. Should i ring the docs?

Thanks i went to the docs and it waa round liagment pains.just last the two days

Round ligament pain is extremely common at this stage in pregnancy. I have been getting it for quite some time now, and it is known to be worse during the 2nd trimester. Praying that this is what you are experiencing!

I've had some cramping too. Feels like a Charley horse is my abdomen.  I'm assuming it isn't anything to worry about for me,  but mine don't last that long either.
