Morning Sickness

Is anyone still suffering from much morning sickness???  My doctor told me I could take Unisom and Vitamin B6.  The combo really worked for me.  I didn't take it last week one day thinking I might be passed that point.  WRONG!!  I was sick all day.  Worse than before I found my miracle cure.  I forgot to take it one day over the weekend and I wasn't as sick as I had been but still felt really horrible most of the day.

I didn't have too much of a problem with it but mine seems to be really kicking into overdrive now. I am 12 weeks and it seems to be worse than it has been period. I have been wearing sea bands which seem to help and I notice that I have an odd taste in my mouth when I am most nauseous so I have been keeping peppermints close at hand. If it gets any worse, I have heard that vitamin B6 helps but not sure about the unisom. Isn't that usually used for people who need help sleeping?

I have had nausea for the last three weeks.  Im now 10 wks.  Eating something small every two hours really helped me plus any kind of candy or gum with a strong mint flavor as well.  I was using lemon drops for a bit but I got so sick of those, so I stopped.  I found Sprite to help as well.  My doctor said to stay away from caf free coke as there is a chemical in it that can aggravate nausea.

I hope your nausea passes soon!  I think mine might be easing up a bit but who knows for sure.

Thank god I am not the only one I feel sick ALL day the thought of food gags me!  I haven't found any releif...I am not sure what to try I snack on fruit and other things through out the day.  If I sit down for a full meal I immediately feel sick and run to the bathroom sometimes I don't actually throw up it clears up on it own but today is the worst I wonder if I threw up if I'd feel better?  I am at 12 weeks and thought this was suppose to go away it only really started w/in the month!  I feel green especially in the afternoons not the mornings.

I also have the afternoon and evening sickness pretty much everyday. I am 10 and a half weeks pregnant and it started around 7 weeks and continues to get worse and worse.  I am fine in the mornings.   I find eating carbs helps.  I feel much better after I eat some bread or potato product.  I feel dehydrated all the time no matter how much I drink I can't quench my thirst and I am  getting so tired of WATER.

I'm 12w4d and still seem to get it bad about 2-3 hours after i get up. To the point that i have to lay down for awhile which is quite difficult with a 22 month old. I force myself to eat something and it usually goes away.  I think the key is to keep something in your belly all the time.

The food aversions are the worse. I'll just smell something that sounded so good and want to gag. I have been eating ALOT of applesauce lately. It is mild on my tummy and I can keep it down. I am particularly fond of chunky cinnamon applesauce. Maybe this is a food craving, but at least I don't gag when I eat it.
