Back pain, cramping! Ugh!!

Anyone else?!! I ended up at my l&d last night because my lower back hurt so bad, and I was crampy, I was hooked up to the monitor for 2 hours, no contractions, and my cervix is closed and long, SO apparently this pain is normal?! What in the world..already??? She's really low so maybe that's it?

I hate taking medicine too, I rarely do, I've taken tylenol once this whole pregnancy, I'll have to try the water on my back thing though!

With my twins I get terrible back pain, shoulder pain, groin pain, its horrible lol my doctor told me its normal too. He also said I can take tylenol but since I really hate the idea of pills during pregnancy, I just take warm baths & let the water run on my lower back

I never had painful BH with my son, and I'm thinking it must've been that. Weird, already!

Braxton Hicks is painful for some....for me it definitely is. Just a little but it hurts enough to be annoying

I've heard that too crstl11, and I had REALLY bad cramping with my son in the beginning of my pregnancy, and with this one it was literally nothing at all, guess I thought I was getting out easy! :(

I was worried about preterm labor too, I'd rather go to the hospital 100x if it means keeping my little girl safe! This is my 2nd and I'm the same, I don't think it ever really stops, pregnancy is stressful!!

Oh that's awesome, I'm glad to know it does pass! It started Tuesday night, and I think it's starting to taper off, it's not nearly as bad as yesterday! Thank you so much! I'm suchhh a worrier!

I had the same exact problem and went in and they did the same thing, they hooked me up and everything was fine. Said the baby was resting on my hips causing the back pain and the cramping was my uterus and ligaments stretching!
