Body pillows are the best . my mom thought me while laying on my side, to put one pillow under my belly and one tucked kinda under my back it helps so much!
Recliner is the only thing that has helped me.
I put a pillow in between my legs and sleep on my side. I can still sleep on my back but sometimes I loose feeling in my arms when I do. But it's the only way that works for me. I am a bear when I sleep though so I'm sure that is helpful in the process .. I'm 29 weeks tomorrow
