Yesterday my doctor said I am 3centimeters so what does that mean or will my baby be here soon

But the doctor also said my cervix wasn't open yet

With my first I sat at 3 cm for 3 months. It doesn't really mean anything. They might check more often. You could also go back to 0 cm. Definitely watch for signs of labor.

I walked around for a month dilated at 3 with my 2 others. Take it easy so that babe stays in a bit longer.

But your body could stay at 3 for a couple more weeks or you could go at any time. 10 is the goal.

Well then I'm assuming u could be in labor soon. U dialate to 10 when in full labor
