Cervix Check
Well - I am going to be leaving shortly to have my weekly check.. fun! Hopefully it is not with the rough dr as every time he checks my cervix I contract - and the last two times I was sent directly to L&D.. I feel that I should really pack a bag every time I go to the drs so I have everything with me if I get sent directly to jail... do not pass go... do not collect $200....
Sooo.. Thursday my vag us showed my cervix length at barely 2cm... last check I was also 2 cm dialated... Had the steriod shots for her lungs exactly 2 weeks ago.... my stupid progesterone shot... I ran out of and the delivery did not come yesterday so I will have to look like an idiot when I go today without the shot and go back either later today or tomorrow to get it.... Scheduled for another vag us on Thursday to see if the length shortened anymore and if the stitch - which is just sitting in there doing NOTHING is still doing NOTHING... they will not pull it because they are afraid that will just start everything going... BUT.. the good news is that I only have 5 more days until 28 weeks and I can breathe a little better with that.... DD was born at 32 weeks with two courses of steriod meds in her and only spent 10 days in NICU... that I am hoping is best or worse case senerio.... I really do not want this little one to come any sooner than that..... but I am feeling HORRIBLE... tons of pressure down in my pelvic floor.. my abdomen is killing me like I was kicked three thousand times - and she is soooo low.... BUT... Lets just be positive and hope all is well... if you do not hear from me today you all know I went to L & D again!!

Good news... my cervix went up to almost 3... so they are letting me go back to work - the high risk drs... I just have to wait and see if my ob's will release me from bed rest and go back next week!!! Yippie!
You got it!!! All I have now while on bedrest is trying to find ways to humor myself!!
