Need to bite something other than my honey's head, lol

Just a question for all of you regarding the horrible emotional rollercoaster!  I'm not snappy or crying ALL the time, but when I do get snappy I tend to rediculously fly off the handle and I'm starting to feel really bad for the BF.  He is trying not to do anything that might irritate me (lol, poor guy), but I think he feels he is walking on eggshells all the time and it's really starting to bother me.  To make it worse, when I feel like I've unnecessarily biten his head off I start to cry because I feel so bad. What do you guys do to get a handle on these emotions....or don't you?  Am I (and the BF) doomed?  Do these emotions get better?

I gave my coworker and attitude about something, which she in turn snapped at me... which made me go running to the bathroom crying.  UGH.

LOL...i'm so with ya!  My poor husband said to me last night that he doesn't know what to say or not say to me because I get upset for no reason.  I totally do and can't wait for my emotions to get a grip!
