hcg 79 at 4 weeks 5 days

why won't doc do an ultrasound?

i didn't know that, thank you so much for the info... why don't they tell you that at the hospital?  so i had a beta done today stat should know in the am what my numbers are.  I have lupus and I've had 4 m/c in 2 years, last m/c 2 months ago.  I'm thrilled to be pg but scared silly too.

that is correct - you can't see anything until your hcg is 1500 and even then you need to be atleast 6 weeks - preferably 7 or 8 to for sure be able to see a sac and heartbeat.  

sounds like late implantation - when is your next beta?

You won't be able to see anything until your beta is around 1500.
