Has anyone had oral surgery while pregnant?

Tomorrow i have to go get a tooth removed possibly two they said its ok as long as long as dont use i.v sedation just local sedation but im still alittle worried. Had a tooth removed while pregnant with my first baby but not a wisdom tooth, Has anyone had a similar situation while pregnant?

I've not had to have oral surgery while I was pregnant, but I would definitely call your OB just to let them know what's going on and to make sure they don't have any concerns about you having the procedure done. Better to be safe than sorry!

yes your dentist should have asked ur ob for permission. your doc should be notified for any procedure. i had one done, and it went just fine. but for some reason it took longer to heal.. good luck :)

thanks for ur comments looks like i will have reschedule anyway cause i guess i ate the wrong thing yesterday & im sick as a dog & it will give me more time to get with my doctor.
