Is it possible to feel baby's heartbeat from outside of stomach?

So, ladies please help! I placed my hand on my tummy and I swear it felt like a heartbeat.  Could it be something else? Hiccups?

Thanks!

If so it should be way faster than yours. Try to take your own pulse at the same time to see if it could be the baby. Try also to count the baby's rhythm while watching a clock.

I feel the same thing!  I have felt it off and on for months.... and whenever they "Doppler" for the fetal heartbeat,  it is on the left so maybe we are onto something.   Lol.  Hubby can't feel it.  Thanks for posting!   Maybe we are extra sensitive!   ♡☆♡☆♡

I have the exact thing im pretty sure its hiccups tho bc it would be more constant if it were his heartbeat i only ever feel them in my lower left side wich gives me the impression tht he is head down as well. Which is pretty cool :)

Thanks BaneSprout1:) It's very interesting because it literally felt like it was my son's heartbeat☺ on my left side. I guess will have to ask my doctor on Monday.

It could have been your own pulse you felt but I guess it might be possible.
