Disappearing symptoms

Anyone wake up in the morning and not feel pregnant?  

And then by the end of the day feel pregnant again?

Same here! I was freaking out this morning because all of my symptoms except nipple soreness are gone since last night. I'm 6 weeks today. My Maternity nurse coworker says it's normal! Let us know your blood results because I'm thinking of calling my MD also.

Yes, I feel the same way. I sometimes forget that I am pregnant.

Yes! Actually got a little freaked out and got a blood test today. I'll get results tomorrow. I should be 7 weeks. I had some symptoms but they seem to be gone now, even the fatigue.
