i was due yesterday and still nothing! I need some tips! I have tried everything besides castor oil. I don't want to have to be induced and I'm ready for my little man to be here!

For nipple stimulation I read to do one for 2 minutes, then the other for 2 minutes, then give a 2 minute break. The repeat. Stop stimulating during contractions and don't do both at the same time. I haven't had even enough time alone to sit and do it even that long but One session in the shower yesterday and it did give me a contraction but it wasn't very painful. I am hoping to have a little more time to try it throughout this week.

I find that nipple stimulation brings on some contractions but your supposed to go for 15 minutes or something.. I can never do that long, but it may work for you :D
