I eat breakfast then eat whatever throughout the day until dinner when my husband gets home. I think I have been eating too much at dinner time because it's been making me feel that sick overly full feeling at half the portion I used to have. Then around 10 I'm hungry again and snacking on nuts or pick foods like that. I can't go to bed hungry because it will actually wake me up. Been keeping a pack of fruit snacks next to the bed at night, sometimes I wake up around 6am to pee and can't go back to sleep because I'm hungry.
If ur hungry, then eat. :) its better to eat 6 small meals instead of 3 bigger ones. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, bedtime snack :)
Have a glass of milk before bed. If u want u can add a fruit too
