cramps at 7 weeks!!

I am almost 8 weeks and been having cramps since week 3/4. The cramps are usually when I wake up in the mornings. Does anyone know when this will stop?? Or does one experience it throughout pregnancy?

I've had no bleeding, just brown discharge.

I've also have not experienced nausea yet. Just fatigue and slight breast tenderness.

Hoping for it to be a healthy pregnancy! This first trimester is scary.

I'm 4 weeks and I've also been getting strong cramps since week 3, but I saw a doctor yesterday and he said it's completely normal. We will continue to feel the cramping all throughout the pregnancy. I read online that doing stretches helps!

Thanks for all the responses,  I do feel at ease. And I will definitely try the water when I wake up.

Cramps can continue through out as your uterus grows. It's perfectly normal as long as there is no bleeding or they are really bad. Call midwife and ask for a scan if worried.
Good luck xx
