dry cough

Hello ladies, I have a dry cough and I do not know what I can take to make it go away. Help please

I am getting over the same thing.  I went to my dr and he said Tylenol cold is fine but I tried not taking it only did when I had a fever.  I used vicks a lot on my chest, throat and back.  Also helps to put on the bottom of your feet and put socks on at night.  Don't know how but it does help.  To ease the soreness lemon hot water ginger and honey works miracles.  Good luck and feel better.
