I have chronic migraines. I take B-2 (400 mg a day) and magnesium oxide (400mg 2x a day) every day for mine. Tylenol didn't even start to help like these have. As for heartburn. I chew mint gum and drink plenty of water.
Heartburn you can take zantac too. It has been a lifesaver for me as tums stopped working, doc suggested trying zantac 2 times a day now i barely ever get heartburn
You can take clararin , zertec and Allegra for non drousey allergy meds. I have really bad hives this pregnancy and have to take claratin every other. As for headache I don't think there is anything other than tylonol and heartburn sux tums only work for me for a second.
I've been told only Tylenol too. For heart burn, I'm on prescription medicine for it and is not harmful to the baby.
The problem is there really isn't anything other than Tylenol. The only other things iv been told I could take was ludens cough drops (for sore throat) and benadryl (which was suggested for sleeping thru bad hip pains). So I agree check out Google to see if you can find some alternatives that are safe and natural.
Lol I meant a lukewarm rag not warm^^
I don't know names of medicine but u could try lemon, honey and garlic tea for the sinus headache. The garlic should clear it up. Heartburn I eat tums but it doesn't always work :( A warm rag on ur forehead could probably help ur fever and even a headache. If ur google natural ways to get over sinus headaches or fevers while pregnant u should find a lot of suggestions. Just giving u different options since ur doctor's not helping. Good Luck :)
