It's because our babies are getting so big. Smaller but more frequent meals help. I get nauseous but no throwing up. And heartburn lol. I have crazy heartburn.
I have the same problem, but I've noticed it helps if I eat way less than I actually want to. There is just no room in my stomach, so if I eat to much at once I'll vomit, but if I.eat less, I won't. Hope this helps you too!
I get really nauseas and am 30 weeks. It gets really bad, even when I do everything that I'm supposed to. Uhg! I did NOT miss this part from my first trimester. The only thing I can say that MIGHT help is to make sure to eat crackers or bread before drinking liquids
