reflexology

I've booked in for labour inducing reflexology  tomorrow at 2.. I was wondering if anyone has had it before and if it did anything?
I know it's not 100% but I was gonna go for a massage anyway haha!!

I'm still waiting haha, contractions on and off still today.. staying hopeful though, may try and get do some pressure points myself :D xxx

The massage worked! I started having consistent contractions almost immediately after the massage. They got terribly strong and close together by Friday afternoon and I gave birth today, Saturday morning at 3:45!!

Well no labour yet but a lot of braxton hicks and a bit more of my bloody show... Fingers crossed I'm still hopeful it may be the start of something xx

I had mine this afternoon too! I started having some irregular contractions last night and the massage really seems to have made them stronger and closer together. Will keep you posted! Looking forward to hearing how you're doing too!

Just had my reflexology session. Felt so nice, baby was going crackers and had a few pains.. will update later if anything happens :)

That sounds amazing! I am 40+3 and so done!! I wish I lived somewhere where I could just go and do it :(

I've also scheduled an induction massage with my masseuse for tomorrow. I am 40+5 and yesterday I still hadn't dilated at all! My masseuse says that 90% of the time, by time she is done with the induction massage (focusing on the feet), her clients have dilated 3-5 cm and go into labor either that day or soon after. Crossing fingers!
