i went to the bathroom peed and i stayed there for a min and after that i felt like i had to poop so i tried and very little poop came out and it was when i got up i looked in the toilet i seen i think my mucus plug but it was on my poop like i dont know if it came out with my poop or when i peed and when i pooped it fell on the mucus plug. (When i wiped there was some white creamy stuff on the toilet paper) when i flushed the mucus came right off like the poop just fell on it but it had blood stringy lines in it and mucusy looking couple mins after ive been having light tighting in my lower belly feels like its pulling backpain ill be 35 weeks tomorrow and this is my first baby shes been head down for awhile now and also shes been very low PLEASE HELP

The only time I lost my mucus plug was with my first baby and it was during week 39.  I wiped after going pee and it was on my toilet paper. Thick mucus with a little brown blood in it.  Two days later my contractions started and when I went in for my OB appointment they checked me and I was dilated to a 4 cm and blood was on the glove of the dr.  I had Tyler eight hours later.  I did read that your cervix can make a new plug if you lose it early.  So go by how you feel and how you are dilated at your next appointment. With Sadie I was at week 40 plus a few days and never lost my plug.  I was induced.  So every pregnancy is different.  But call your OB if you are getting strong contractions that are consistent.

Yep sounds like your plug if the contractions get stronger and close together go to the hospital

funny thing is, I think the same thong just happened to me, I peed and pooped but when I got up I saw what seemed to be my mucus plug but It was hard to tell bc of the poop and there was some stringy blood also. but when I wiped I wasnt bloody at all
