30 Weeks pregnant - Need help baby is Transverse

Hi. I'm currently 30 weeks pregnant and just found out that my baby is transverse (aka. Lieing sideways). Are there any exercises that can help her turn head down? If so, please let me know your stories and experiences. Thanks in advance!!

My baby was transverse at 34weeks. I got down on my knees and swayed my hips. I'm 37weeks now and baby is head down and in the ideal position for birth.
You still have time for baby to move. Keep active and dont lean back. Also try to sleep on your left side.
