Do you have a bedtime routine? Sounds silly but it works! I like to relax at night by having a bubble bath and tea. Warm milk also has been proven to help aid sleep plus the calcium is good for baby. I wake up every night to pee but that's unavoidable in pregnancy!

There are lots of deals online too, just have to look. Many swip swap sites on Facebook there are moms selling their gently used baby or maternity items too. I really haven't found anything that truly helps me stay asleep or fall asleep. But there are lots of recommendations for teas and herbal supplements. I've tried several different tactics but nothing really worked for me. Maybe someone here will have something new I can try! I can't seem to stay asleep either! You're not alone!
1 benadryl 1 or 2 nights a week will help get me through the night if I am desperate for some REM. Also watching what I eat (no sugary foods or drinks) and limiting stress or excitement (tv or books) within the hour before bedtime.
