Unison and a big C shaped pregnancy pillow. The pillow is a lifesaver for comfort.

I've taken unisom sleep tabs when necessary. I have RLS and arthritis in my hip, so the pain is keeping me awake. I'm a teacher and I NEED the sleep! Lol

1 benadryl, 1 or 2 nights a week will help get me through the night if I am desperate for some REM. Also watching what I eat (no sugary foods or drinks) and limiting stress or excitement (tv or books) within the hour before bedtime.
