baby too big??

just got back from my 29 week checkup. everything is going great. glucose test came back normal, heartbeat is happy and strong. only thing is- my fundal height measurement was at 31 weeks instead of 29 weeks. has anyone had this? theyve scheduled a ultrasound (silver lining- i get to see Miss Kiley) to see if shes getting a little big and if they think i should have a c-section. i am sooo nervous. not that i care HOW she gets here- they could pull her out of my ear for all i care. ive just never had a surgery before. anyone else measured too big and everything still be okay?? am i worrying for nothing?

They told me w my last pregnancy from the very first ultrasound tht she was very big. They didn't expect me to go full term. But I ended up havin to b induced. 1 wk overdue. And they thought of c section never came up. I asked about havin one but they said they didn't want to unless they absolutley had too. And I'm a very small person and she was 9lbs 11oz..the only thing is they had to use forceps to help her out. But sje was perfectly healthy:))

Don't worry, I had my date changed up because my baby was measuring a bit bigger. I don't think it's that much of a big deal. Also, surgery isn't that bad. I've had 2 c-sections and going on my third. My second c-section was tougher than my first. Don't worry, you'll be fine.

thanks ladies. i kept really good track of all of my dates, so im pretty sure on being 29 weeks. (although, wouldnt mind being 31. lol!) ive decided not to stress it. theyre gonna do whatever is safest for her. thats whats important. it was just a huge shock to hear, because its def not in my birth plan. lol! i was almost 11 lbs when i was born, but my fingers are crossed thats not hereditary! i really dont want to push anything over 9 lbs out of my hoohah. :( lol!

They could have just been wrong about your due date initially.  With my first they changed my due date 4initially times because she kept measuring at different sizes.
