I change from left to right to my back about every 30 seconds. I cant stay in one spot. Ive been waking up on my back in the mornings though. My doctor said sleeping on your back with too much pressure on that nerve (cant think of the name) can cause ppl to pass out. But 99% of the time a person would wake themself before this happened. At the end of the day, sleep however you are compfy. Have you tried on your side with a pillow between your legs?

Don't worry if you change positions. I always wake up on my back and nothing happens. I also wake up on my right side a lot. I sleep very comfortable, but I also have a very soft/comfy bed. There are nights when my daughter runs to my bed and I can't sleep!!

I sleep on my back with lots of pillows so am not completely flat. When it gets really bad somenights I sleep on the chase of my sectional with pillows around me. At this point sleep however your most comfortable you need rest.

Move to your other side. The left side is ideal, but if you're in pain or uncomfortable, the other side is fine. I usually shift at least once during the night.
