terrible pain lower pelvis
OMG my lower pelvis really hurts... it's near the public bone area and I keep having the urge to go number 2. Am I just constipated? I can nearly walk or sit...

Sounds like it's your first pregnancy??? I had that kind of pain with my first, it's your pelvic bone widening to get ready for birth. Once I sat down I would have to have someone help me up, but with this pregnancy I'm having now I don't have that pain, so it should only happen with your first baby.
Yes it is my first pregnancy. I ended up going to the assessment room at the hospital. They kept me over night to monitor the pain and to rule out appendicitis. Thank goodness it wasn't. The doctor thinks it's a ligament pain and to take Tylenol and to be careful of sudden movements.
