Can't stop peeing

I'm going into my 12 week and I can't stop peeing. Not the usual I need to pee every ten minutes but I've used the restroom five times in the last two minutes. Once I go I automatically feel like I'm going to per myself. I didn't drink a lot before bed but it's a full bladder every time. Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm on week 14 and in my week 7-12 I peed a lot too. I still pee a lot just not as much as I did those weeks. I get up like two - three times at night and go like two times every thirty minutes . I know the baby is on my bladder cause sometimes I only pee twice a hour and I drink a lot of water . or  sa_mom could have a point . if your going to much constantly see your doctor it could be a uti

I felt that way and talked to my doctor.   It ended up being a urinary tract infection.

If I drink a full bottle of water within an hour, I might have to pee 3 times in half an hour.
But I've discovered that even if I just have two sips of water before bed/during the night, I'll wake maybe 2-3 hours later with an extremely full bladder. It's so weird!! Atm I'm usually getting up between 1-2 times throughout the night when I never used to get up to go to the toilet.
It's so hard trying to hold on when waiting for an u/s lol.
