Contractions

Has anyone else experience painless contractions? When I was pregnant with my first daughter I never knew I was having contractions until a nurse told me that every time my belly harden that I was having one. I never felt pain even when I went into active labor. Eventually after about 6 hours after they started my pitocin I started having pains. I am currently 20 weeks and two days pregnant and started having my stomach tighten at different times of the day. I was just wondering if anyone else has this happen to them.

Yep I have had them, they showed up on one of my sonograms.

Yup, I am getting them too. This is also my 2nd baby. I had early contractions with my daughter when I was about 6 months so this kind of worries me. Thankfully they were able to stop them with a medication and bedrest. I am currently 20 weeks and mine started about a week ago. I get atleast 3 or 4 everyday and they are painless. Hopefully it's nothing. :-/

Im 22 weeks and ive had stomach tightenings for weeks their painless was told its just your body preparing dont think its anything to worry about but if your concerned speak to your Midwife

This is my third pregnancy. With each pregnancy I have gotten Braxton Hicks sooner (38 weeks, 25 weeks, 17 weeks)

I am having this problem also,  but I get the pain. However I can't tell when my stomach harden.

A few times....also cramps in my back some days
