kindof gross but I gotta ask...

Is anyone else suffering from a combination of both constipation and diarrhea? I was up all night it was awful  wing so nauseous I thought I was just gonna be sick but it ended up as that mess. And I can't stomach anything or keep anything in... any tips? So far I've been trying plain crackers and ginger ale but that's not doing much.

Same with the nocturnal as well! My whole schedule seems flipped around on top of not being able to go far from a rest room. Ugh. Good to know I'm not alone here lol

Omg! I'm having exactly the same problems!!! TMI but I even had projectile vomit earlier! It was horrendous! My girlfriend who was just pregnant about a year ago suggested those Popsicles (grape, cherry, and orange flavors). Not much helps me at all and sometimes the Popsicles help me and sometimes they don't. It's worth a try though. Thanks for writing this post it makes me feel better (strangely enough) to know someone is sharing my pain. Feel better!

Try the B.R.A.T. diet (bananas, rice, apples, toast), it has always helped me. I usually sip apple juice and nibble on a banana. If it doesn't stay down at least the banana tastes the same coming back up, gross I know but true. And don't put butter or anything on the bread if you choose to go that route. My sister is a Medical Assistant and gave me the advice years ago and through pregnancy or sickness it has worked for me and my children
