Does your hips hurt?. I will be laying in bed and get up and I  realized that I can't just walk. I have to stand then move slowly before I get going. I feel like an old lady. MY HIPS HURT!

I have this too.stretching and walking and a bit of yoga helps sometimes.
There's a name for it if its consistent and severe.wish I could remember, sports people get it too. But if its really bad get it checked out.may need physiotherapy.

Im 17 weeks  now so I can only imagine how hard it will be to get up and walk later down the road. My bed is so high my husband gives me a boost up onto the bed by lifting my butt up lol too funny!

Yes! I wish we could sleep on our backs because my hips kill when I lay in my side, even with the maternity pillow
