Seems like my Right foot is way worse than my Left foot
I'm having the same problem. My feet got super swollen when i went to DR in march, and then to new Orleans in end of March. I was worried and got my bp measured and it was fine. Came back to N.Y. And they went back to normal, but this week I'm not traveling any more and they are super swollen and also hurt all the time. I have been drinking less water these days because I have a loot of meetings at work can't really be going to pee every 10 min. I even soaked them on Epson salt but only helped minimally and temporarily. I hate it! I call them elephant feet...yuck
My preclampsia checks have been fine. I am pretty active but nothing overly crazy. My face and hands are normal. My water water intake is moderate. It's a semi struggle but I get it done. Swelling looks better today. I will keep an eye on it to see if it comes with a pattern
Seriously, water is the key. If I've done anything differently this pregnancy, it's taking in more water! I haven't started swelling yet. But with my first I was miserably swollen. Couldn't even wear my wedding rings after 6 months. But I refused to drink LOTS of water.
Check your BP, elevate your feet, and drink lots and lots of water. Hope you feel better. But you need to rule out pre-eclampsia. Run to your doctor if your BP is elevated, or you get headaches, blurry vision, face swelling, etc.
my feet have also suddenly started swelling and look like those of a very very overweight person. havent been busier then usual on them! by then of the day they feel all rubbery, like when your arm goes dead when you sleep on it and faint pins and needles feeling. so so weird. seeing an acupuncturist tomorrow.- hopefully that will help!
If it comes on suddenly and severe you need to call your doctor.
Have u been ectra busy or on ur feet a lot? I find having a footspa or soak helps a bit. Kerp an eye on your hands and face swelling to. It can be the beginning signs of preaclamsia so be careful.
More water will help and go home and put those puppies up that will help with the swelling :)
