Leg Cramps

I'm 31+3 wks and I've been getting these bad leg cramps. I have tried everything from elevating my legs, warm baths, heating pads, but nothing seems to work. If anybody is experiencing these pains can you please give me advice on what to do I'm starting not to sleep at night. Thanks

Yes the Charlie Horse! I used to get the badly with my first. Like wake up screaming, bad! I have a tendency to point my toes while I'm asleep, lately I've been able to catch myself doing it and like cislunardreamer said, I flex my toes upward, stretching out my calves before it gets bad. Works every time and I've yet to wake up screaming this pregnancy:)

I flex my foot (point my toes towards my face) and hold it there if my leg starts to cramp when I'm in bed. Stops it every time.

I've been getting leg cramps and aching in the back of my thighs. The only things I've found to help is exercising or stretching everyday. I'll go for walks, go to pregnancy yoga but usually I stretch my legs out in different ways before bed each night. If I forgot or am too tired/busy I regret it all night
