Nosebleeds?

Hey this may be TMI? Is anyone else having nose bleeds and major congestion? I've never had a nosebleed until being pregnant and it is completely freaking me out!!!

I've been having nose bleeds. I always get them a little bit in the winter from our propane heat, but its way worse and I'm assuming its because I'm pregnant. I'm not sure what else would be the issue.

Yep I get them at night .. try adding at night a humidifier to your room it helped mine some.. it's just the blood vessels in ur nose change with pregnancy as well

Omg yes. I was cuddling with my husband a few weeks ago and my face itched so I rubbed it on his shoulder. Turns out my nose was bleeding and I got blood all over his new white cardigan! I felt HORRIBLE!

And try to be gentle about blowing your nose.

If you're blowing your nose a lot more, you've probably dried out and stressed your nose. Put Vaseline on a qtip and run it on the inside of your nose at a time of day you are less congested. That helps me if I'm having nose bleeds.
