Not real to me

I'm almost 9 months and I can't get used to the fact that I'm going to be a mommy I'm really excited and can't wait to hold him but it's not real to me yet.. Last week my sister asked me how I felt knowing that I'm going to be a mommy soon and I told her it doesn't feel real like I forget that at the end of pregnancy a whole new life begins.. Anyone else like this?

I'm at 34 weeks and having my 3rd at age 40! He was not planned, so I'm still trying to get used to the idea. I had gotten rid of a lot of the baby stuff, and had hoped to move towards the next stages of raising my 7 and 4 year olds, so had a couple of Baby Sprinkles to get me more in the mood. I'm almost there - especially since he currently keeps stretching his foot out on my right side! Maybe we'll know it's real at Labor & Delivery! ;)

It's getting more real as we have showers and I'm organizing the nursery, but yes I do feel that way. My husband and I have been together almost eleven years and we talk about how it's going to be strange that it's not just the two of us anymore. We are so close and it scares me a little to know that it's going to change! I'm sure it will be for the better!
