I've been eating prunes and drinking prune juice lol
Try a slice of rye bread a day. It worked for me up to the point when nausea set in so I stopped :( else, broths seems to help too, the fat from the meat bones/marrow seem to keep the pipes oiled ;)
Take probiotics daily to both treat and prevent it. Works wonders and it's safe
Drinking a lot of water and walking 1-2 miles a day seems to help. Also, eating grapes and oranges if you can (:
