Try taking vitamin B100 and magnesium. Ramp up the magnesium slowly (begin with just a half a pill) because it can give you the runs. But the combo is supposed to be good for migraines, and it works for me when I get estrogen-triggered headaches (which migraines are supposed to be also).
Try taking Tylenol And then have a little soda that is what has been helping me and I get migraines. Good luck hun hope this helps
