alittle nervous, any help?!?

I am 10 weeks pregnant, and all of the sudden if i stand up to fast i get a cramp in my lower abdomen, i have gotten small "growing pains" before and it never bothered me but this kind of makes me nervous, it is everything froeing or is something wrong? My 8 week appt went great, everything looked prefect, am i being silly? Also i am all of the sudden exhausted by the smallest things I'm always tired but now if I try to lift something even under my 20 pound limit or even have sex with my husband I almost faint from exhaustion. Help!

I get those pains when I stand up too fast.  I think that's normal.  It's also normal to be pretty fatigued during pregnancy.   Sometimes it's worse if you become anemic which can happen during pregnancy.

Eat a lot of fiber. The pain i had was to the point i couldn't work for a whole week. They gave me this list of things to help with constipation it says:
Freah fruits&veggies
Apple or white grape juice
Dried prunes or apricots
Metamusil
Fiber-con
Citracal
Colace
Surfak

Don't worry! I had SHARP pains in my lower abdomen aswell... it turns out it was constipation! During pregnancy it can cause a lot of build up. I am fine now and very healthy and i'm 11weeks. :)

I understand the getting nervous thing, this is my first as well, I'm 32 and have waited 9 years for this miracle. Everything scares me!!! I have the same pains at times and have been exhausted since the very beginning. I panic every morning when i wake up and think "is this for real?" I have to make sure that my boobs still hurt just to make sure I didn't make it up in a dream, haha :).
