My midwife gave me a list of medicines ok to take. You can take mucinex dm or mucinex sinus max. As long as you are out of the 1st trimester. You can call your doctor just to make sure but I've been dealing with a sinus infection for a while and I don't take the mucinex often but I have taken it and benadryl at night. Also a humidifier helps a lot especially while you are sleeping

Not really sorry hun. I just got over a sinus/cold. Lots of rest, lemon hunny drinks. I sucked butterscotch boiled lollies for my throat and dark chocolate for my cough.  Saline spray for drying up the snot. :-) I hope it doesn't last long for u. :-)
