Drink lots of water, increase your fiber intake and take colace- just the stool softener, not the stimulant laxative. I keep cheerios in my purse to snack on throughout the day.
I had such bad constipation in my 5th week. If you can stomach it, prune juice will work wonders. But since it's so highly concentrated only drink about 4 ounce and water it down. If that doesn't get things moving drink a little more. Just be careful not to over do it, because you will regret it lol
I am normally constipated. But I Know that drinking a lot of water, eating Fruit and walking can helpl you improve your metabolism. Dont forget the water, It's essencial! I Eat papaya and it works fine!... If its too bad, consult your doctor he can suggest another solution.. Good luck :)
