stomach noises?

I think this is probably the dumbest question, but all of a sudden today my stomach started growling. I'm only 6w6d and every since I found out I was pregnant my stomach hasn't growled. Is there anything I should be worried about? This is my first and every little thing that doesn't feel right worries me..

Mine did it to for a short while but then the constipation set in and it stopped. Recently its come back which may mean that im digesting food and therefore im starting to feel hungry? Who knows but generally when it growls, its like its empty but doesnt allow me to eat very much. I try to stick to small meals and snack on something small every hour to avoid the rumble.

Hi brittanycox! Mine does it too, quite often since pregnant, I'm 8 wks now and it probably started around 5 or 6. I don't think we should worry about it, but of course you should ask your gyn just in case. I'm starting a list with all my little questions for the next visit, otherwise I just forget once I'm in there ;)
