Get a foot file (the kind that looks like a big nail file) and use it on the calluses in the shower for like thirty seconds as part of your shower routine. Twice a week, use a sugar scrub on your feet. Every night before bed, rub some football balm (not lotion or body butter, but balm) into your feet, particularly the dry spots. It's not a quick cure, but it will slowly get your feet to the way you want them and then allow you to maintain that. Btw I'm an esthetician.
So the ped egg doesn't work to good?
I make a living performing mani/pedis. Here is the best cure!
There's this little balm called Heeltastic! One if those as seen on tv things. You can get it at bed bath& beyond. Recently I've seen it in the grocery stores as well. I have a client who started using it this fall because her heel was cracked and bleeding. After a month her heels were as soft as a child's! Every night, put it on and wear socks to bed. No need to scrub or anything. You will LOVE the results, I promise! (I use it myself now)
Awww hope you get better.
After shower rub coconut oil on feet. pediegg works or any other foot file to remove dead skin. Keep feet moisturized
